🥣 How to Use (As per Dr. Khadar Vali):
Soak for 6–8 hours before cooking
Use 10x water and boil in an open vessel
⚠️ Do not use a pressure cooker
❌ Do not add salt while boiling
Boil for 20 minutes, let it cool, then consume
Use in khichdi, millet rice, pongal, or light grain bowls
Rotate with other Positive Millets for best health outcomes
