How to Use :
Soak for 6–8 hours before cooking
Use 10x water and boil in an open vessel
Do not use a pressure cooker
Do not add salt while boiling
Boil for 20 minutes, let it cool, then consume
Use in khichdi, millet rice, pongal, or light grain bowls
