 How to Use :

• Soak for 6–8 hours before cooking
• Use 10x water and boil in an open vessel
• Do not use a pressure cooker
• Do not add salt while boiling
• Boil for 20 minutes, let it cool, then consume
• Use in khichdi, millet rice, pongal, salads, or any light grain-based dish
