🥣 How to Use (As per Dr. Khadar Vali):
Soak for 6–8 hours before cooking
Use 10x water and boil in an open vessel (⚠️ Do not use a pressure cooker)
Do not add salt while boiling
Boil for 20 minutes, let it cool, and then use
Ideal for khichdi, millet rice, pongal, salads
Rotate millets daily as per Dr. Khadar Vali’s protocol
