 How to Use :

• Soak for 6–8 hours
• Use 10x water, boil in an open vessel (Do not use a pressure cooker)
• Do not add salt while boiling
• Boil for 20 minutes, allow to cool, and consume
• Use in khichdi, pongal, millet rice, or salads
