🥣 How to Use (As per Dr. Khadar Vali):

• Soak for 6–8 hours before cooking
• Use 10x water and boil in an open vessel
• ⚠️ Do not use a pressure cooker
• ❌ Do not add salt while boiling
• Boil for 20 minutes, allow to cool, then use
• Ideal for upma, khichdi, millet rice,
• Rotate with other Positive Millets for complete health benefits
